Extra virgin olive oil
This oil is the top of all olive oil grades, as it comes from the best olives with a rich and fresh taste. It's full of polyphenols, antioxidants and has low acidity expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams. It is the only oil that is made without the use of chemicals and industrial refining.
It is considered as a source of health and beauty, extracted from cold pressed olives. It can be used either for salad dressing, sauces on meat/ fish/ pasta or light cooking, as well as sautéing and baking as it is best enjoyed raw. We are 100% sure that you will fall in love with the rich and balanced taste of this extraordinary oil.
Virgin Olive Oil
This Type of oil is a slightly lower quality from the extra virgin, with a smoother taste. It is full of antioxidants and polyphenols, considered as a source of healthy living - Lower in saturated fat, produced in accordance with highest health standards with delicate taste. This oil has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid of not more than 2 grams per 100 grams.
Like extra virgin, this oil is good raw or for cooking and can be used for sauces on meat, fish or pasta as well as baking. This oil is the ideal choice for Arabic dishes like Mezze and will be indispensable to your meals.
Pomace Olive Oil
This oil is usually blended with some extra virgin or virgin oil to improve the taste and appearance. It is rich in oleic acid and contains antioxidants and other bioactive compounds with potentially beneficial properties for health.
It's particularly preferred by the food industry with its light taste.
It adds flavour to the food and is considered as very good oil for cooking as well deep frying as it has a higher smoking point than the extra and virgin grades. This oil type can also be used to complement dishes, raw or cooked.

Olive Oil Blends
This can be a blend of any 2 or more oils to produce a specific product. Due to the current olive oil market and the global price inflation, there is a strong trend in the market to provide a blend of a vegetable oil with olive oil. This reduces the price of the product considerably while providing end users with some of the olive oil benefits and flavor depending on the percentage used.
Sunflower Oil
Extracted from the seeds of the sunflower then refined, this oil is almost tasteless, has a very light yellow color and is rich in unsaturated fatty acids that are good for the heart and help reduce bad cholesterol. This oil is ideal for cooking at moderate temperatures.
Corn Oil
Extracted from corn kernels then refined, this oil has a yellow color. It is high in Vitamin E and linoleic acid - a type of Omega 6. It is considered healthy when ingested in moderation. It is ideal for baking, cooking and deep frying as it has a high smoking point.
